Self Service Monitor is an app that shows an overview of ongoing activities in Self Check Out registers.
Self Service Monitor gets notifications when actions are required from the staff on the Self Check Out registers, and in some cases actions can be handled from the Self Service Monitor directly.
The list of required actions are sorted based on how long the customer has needed help, and are flagged/not flagged depending on if actions can be handled from Self Service Monitor directly or is just a notification.
